Why would the US be the custodian of Iraqi assets ?
Say the Iraqi governemnt signed a contract tomorrow, and the US still invaded, the US would not have any rights to the oil.
True?
Atleast in a court of law then again what the US is doing (invading Iraq) is illegal without UN approval.
