I dont play currencies, but I had a quick look on Google.
It appears to be an OTC currency, although Al-Jazeera do appear to regularily quote it.
I couldnt find any financial institution that I trust that would buy and sell them.
Me, if I was an Iraq optimist (which I'm not. Welcome to Lebannon on the Tigris), I'd go for oilers with Iraq interests ... that means Global Petroleum in Oz, and Petrel on the AIM.
