irc selling 13mn rwd stake...question mark

You two seem to be as up to date with the situation on RWD/IRC as anyone.

I wouldnt be surprised if either of you 2 personally knew Michael (thus the fact i ask these questions to you).



I have 2 points:

1) Sandune (who knows michael) on T$ has just posted that IRC are about to sell there 13mn RWD shares. He infers that they have a buyer lined up already.

Could this in anyway explain the recent trading?

I am sure this point will be hotly spoken of here tongiht.


2) MAGADAN mentioned earlier today on the IRC thread that Michael has been approached by Xstrata about a potential off-take or full takeover of IRC or RWD. I think he mentioned IRC but it may have been RWD.

I wont ask what you do/dont know, but as far as you know, has the goal always been to sell to a major player OR has it been to farm-out say a 51% interst (in either RWD or IRC) and thus retain a 49% stake.
