They then take up the shortfall and charge a 5% fee on that.
My guess is that the average price is around $0.25
They are patient long term investors that create their own opportunities.
Very few retail investors would have thought a purchase from ILUKA of a magnetite resource for $400 000 would morph into $2.6 billion
