Hey astute I think that FID relies upon 1/ certainty around the port development and 2/ a partner to take things forward on the CEIP front.
They are probably the least communicative company in the space but that's because the majority of their shareholding is tied to Sentient & mgmt so they don't really need to go out and please anyone else.
I expect there's a timeline in the background but they are being conservative in what they put out to market. It all relies on the two things I mentioned above though.
