They are probably the least communicative company in the space but that's because the majority of their shareholding is tied to Sentient & mgmt so they don't really need to go out and please anyone else.

I expect there's a timeline in the background but they are being conservative in what they put out to market. It all relies on the two things I mentioned above though.

FMG and Sinosteel (Magnetite) MOU. Simply replace Sinosteel with IRD. Come on, the big boys clearly want green ore. Surely someone is in line for the CEIP and associated infrastructure?
