Given the plaintiff lawyer is asserting a class, that would mean that they should have at least 40-50 investors that have joined the Class. There is no set minimum number in the US, but 40-50 is usually the minimum. In Victoria by contrast, it is 7.

To all those carping on about the US legal system, FDA conspiracies theories. Mesoblast wants to be in the US market. This is the real part of doing business in the US.

Another curveball for investing in MSB for this month.

I think "hope" is the only word for a positive outcome with the FDA and Rynocil. Hope FDA provides accelerated approval, or hope that Mesoblast do not decide to go legal, should the FDA disallow even providing MSB the opportunity to have it's CRL reviewed.
