Well, the whole idea is that it isn’t economic to run a single case considering the plaintiff’s loss. That’s why it’s a class action with 100s or 1000’s of people who collectively may have lost many millions (given the enormous trading and sp crash).
So, if MSB have complied with its obligations regarding disclosure then there may be no problem. Otherwise the compensation could be significant.
