I suspect the stature of the investor, will not bare weight, against questions that she, or the class members, relied upon the share price as being an informed market. Fraud on market is a very well established concept in the US.
That first drop with the FDA ODAC notes was a doozy. Some here may like to suggest panic. Perhaps the panic was a lightbulb moment. Nonetheless, it speaks volumes. And it does give a strong base for causation.
Of course, if you are a Meso believer, it is just being spooked.
Any other class of shareholder writes like a "five year old".
