There is a misunderstanding about breach of obligations regarding disclosures to the market. It is usually not what is said, rather, it is what was not said but ought to have been disclosed. And that ladies and gentlemen is the big question. And the answer is unknown at this point.
if there was information known to the company which was market sensitive and ought to have been disclosed earlier then that is a problem.
