I know I didn’t go on the stand last time I initiated a court action. Coincidently that was against the directors of a company that I was invested in.
Im not a lawyer and not an authority on this but from my own experience you’re incorrect. Happy for you to clarify why you believe your statement is correct , although I don’t think it’s a huge issue whether or not the plaintiffs go on the stand.
