It seems odd to me. This Kristal Meth chick ( I say in humour) would of had the same access to Ann. as all of us. Perhaps she relied on a broker. So perhaps go the Broker. But wait... a law suit will always go where the money is. Right?!
I am a new investor on MSB. I never once read anything that alluded to such confidence, by MSB, in FDA approval. That all came from HC posts. NOT MSB. Confidence in trail results, yes, why would you even seek FDA approval if not for your confidence in results.
So I can not, will not allow this to worry me on my investment. FDA may be the gate keeper to US market - but not the world.
