I have just email Comsec/Iress the following:
SERIOUS (& URGENT) IRESS bug:
If you create a SELL order of 400 shares of NCM @2900 cents (Please note that IRESS always use cents for ‘Price Limit’) and click ‘Preview Order’; then you decided to change to sell 200 shares instead of 400 shares; after you click ‘Change’ and go back to the previous screen to change the ‘Quantity’, the ‘Price Limit’ will show 29.0 cents instead of 2900 cents.
This is a extremely SERIOUS mistake!!! If the trader commit the transaction without knowing the bug, the ‘sell’ will be traded at market price.
Please fix this problem URGENTLY!!! Or Comsec/IRESS might be liable for trader’s loss. Please also send a warning message to all your clients notify them the potential problem. Thanks

Please note that Comsec is using Dollar($); IRESS is using Cent (C) as currency unit.
