I cannot enable a 'disabled' alert & I cannot modify the alerts. I have emailed Comsec/Iress support this morning; I also called Comsec 13 15 19 asking for escalate this problem to get it fixed. The operator who took my call seems did not understand what the 'ALERT' is and I have to explain to him how the alert works... frustrated.
Anyway, he promised to escalate the problem to senior management.
As at 25-OCT-2011 15:07, the problem are is still there. The onlyway to do is to 'DELETE' the alert and 'ADD the alert again.
