Agreed, HLO1. Problems unresolved here. Spoke to the VIP Help Desk this morning and upped the ante, but I fear they aren't hearing from enough of us to view the problem as widespread or urgent. If anyone else reading this is in the same situation, please take a few minutes to call/email CommSec with your concerns. I'm sending an email now.
