Looks like ComSec is the only place offering IRESS and allowing to settle from your own bank account, without a CMT.
ETrade, Morrisons and TraderDealer all want you to open a CMT with them !
Only trouble with Comsec is incredibly high fees. Does anybody know other alternatives?
