I'm pretty sure that isn't related to the charts, that's just Commsec being a useless broker. Them holding orders to "authorise" is why i moved to Amscot, Commsec cost me more than $10k in a day by not putting my orders into the market, even when i rang Commsec One people they couldn't override it
