FPM got back to me this morning with below. I'd sent a list of about a dozen things that needed fixing asap along with a few screenshots of charts in various stages of not working and made it clear this is absolute unacceptable bullshit and they said they've compiled everyone's comments together and presented it to Iress. 'Might be' resolved by next Friday.
