My charts all stopped working just after 11am. So I got about one hour worth before they stopped and I didn't even notice right away.
Do they really expect us to trust the platform? I will be leaving if they consider this issue fixed. I also have no doubt these charts will stop randomly at any time in the future. This will cost us money so I will just save myself the time and hassle and start researching new brokers that don't use Iress over the weekend.
Charts need to work all day every day. Even when they work the candles keep moving to the right off the screen and you have to manually pull the chart back to onto the screen to see the latest candles. This is seriously worse than Yahoo charts and at least Yahoo charts work and are accurate.
