Nothing has changed since day 1. Still missing charts, freezing, rubbish intervals. It's just that all of have enough experience with Iress to know it never will get fixed no matter how much anyone bellyaches.
Ultimately, unless someone brings a case against them for human rights abuse.... their service levels will continue to deteriorate to their prole customers..
