Your assumptions about what might be useless are not logical. The relevance of the conditions you seek to imply seem to be alien to the normal conditions under which concrete is cured. If other conditions make data useless then there's a lot of useless data abounding everywhere.
My conclusion is, that your logic is so seriously compromised to the point where it is both useless and dangerous.
