For your benefit, please refer to announcement made by S Killelea in October 2015 and in Sept 17 for more background. In the past these were orderly sell downs via placements (not sure if the recent sell down was by placement).

Your questions:

would he sell so many if he thought the company's prospects next year were great ? - Yes he would still sell regardless (refer to the announcements for his reasons)

what would selling a further few million shares do for the share price ? - these have been orderly in the past, not sure about the recent sell down. I don't think the price was driven down by his sell down but driven down as some shareholders felt share price got ahead of itself!
