This week Tesserent, a ASX listed cyber security firm received an offer of $232m versus its market cap of $66m
As TNT operates in the IT space, albeit in a different sector it is interesting to compare valuations.
The TNT valuation of $232m is equivalent to a MC/Sales ratio of 1.36x
If we apply 1.36 ratio to IRI its equivalent MC would be $105m giving it an SP of $0.60 versus the latest SP of $0.345
At its sales peak in FY'20 of $111m it would give an equivalent market cap of $150m for a SP of $0.86
