Or people know about it and just dont care thinking they will be OK? It won’t happen to me, etc. I think most people buy it to text and communicate to people also, not for thinking they’ll need an SOS use. But agree perhaps more could be done. For example I go fishing and if I search fishing tackle etc Zoleo could then pump a Google cookie add in. Often I’ll search garden hoses say then you get adds in Hotmail and what not. So some more targeted Google advertising would be good. Linked to words like camping, fishing, hunting, hiking etc. I am not from a marketing background so others will know more but not sure how much of that goes on and I think it can be cheaper as you may only pay when people click on the add but hopefully they are more interested than an average person.
Id not be too hasty to sell until we see the Certus subscription deal. The JV despite minimal returns is also owned 50/50 by us, at some stage this value will be unlocked I feel. If Garmin don’t make headway with their new messenger product they could think it worthwhile just to buy Zoleo up and control this are of the market?
