Surely all the reliable evidence and reports make it clear that no countries will ever return to ICE as the manufacturers, governments and battery industry are now much too far advanced to return. Can't imagine why anyone would think a return made sense; however, some of the deadlines might get some slack if this became necessary. And I think even IR1 is finally showing signs of life again now!
