I do not know the reason for all the telephone calls but I wonder if this is a pure exercise. So that if on the day the vote is a low one The Management can say we contacted "x" percent of the shareholders and made clear how important their vote was. Not our fault it was carried on such a low turnout. We did all that could have been expected of us in the circumstances.
