as a shareholer of irl i am deeply disturbed by the "loan" of funds to mon.
if i was interested in mon i would have invested in it directly.
i do nt believe directors had any mandate from the majority of irl holders to make this "loan".
Mon was possibly in financial trouble and couldnt raise funds in usual ways.
Is the latest mon raising just to pay back irl?
Who knows?
Many questions to management.
Only my thoughts.
