irl to get 32 million mon shares

Just a question relating to the announcement by IRL on 30th November where it stated that IRL wold receive 32 million Monarch shares at 5c when Monarch relisted as Swan gold. Now an announcement has come through that Swan will relist on the 26th so this now means that IRL in effect have $1.6million more in the kitty (32 million shares) and the rest of their installments due by Monarch ie 3 installments of around $650,000 each is pretty much guaranteed. I hope so.
