"With the completed XPFS (Extended Pre-Feasibility Study) we will be able to advise potential buyers of the project scope, scale and economics. It is a requirement that Indophil,Xstrata, Alsons and the original owners, the Tampakan Group of Companies, jointly sign any confidentiality agreement that gives a third party access to any information relating to Tampakan. We anticipate that we will be in a position to provide information by way of access to a “data room” to a number of interested parties, and we are in the process of completing confidentiality terms.
