    What an odd situation, SMC wants indophil but want to break the backs of existing holders by wanting 51%+ or nothing.

    Well you know what happens to a deal that becomes ever better as the SP tanks more, someone else will take your cake and eat it too.

    Stuff SMC, there's plenty of companies out there that would love a tier one copper asset. Now bring on the EIS.
