Sadly, this makes zero difference to both SDL/ANS. I fear the time has genuinely come to accept the inevitable consequences of a poorly managed take over effort and recalcitrant board of directors.

Like many of you who read this post, I have put a lot of money and hopes into this deal coming off and I am resigning myself to the fact it's done and dusted.

I will be a keen watcher of the chess game that will be played out when the dust settles and the vultures pick the meat off the bone from the meals we all should have been eating from.
