    Sky news today talked about RIO saying that an Alumina smelter would be an better investment than Oil as oil runs out (speaking about BHP). RIO and UMC. RIO has doubled its loading facility and will be looking for more ore in the Pilbarra region. I would back a RIO JV just. IMO. To much going on to retrace back to $1.00
