Mmmm I’ve never looked into IRD, had a quick read up.. umm completed DFS in early 2014 and your telling me there are no real other barriers to getting going like infrastructure, approvals, access, transport etc? One must ask why not funded and producing by now? Umm yeah no thanks. Besides, DFS assumptions likely need to updated given 8 years old to bring them into todays dollars…
