    negotiations are off because Wyndham has taken court action against ADY. Refer Monday's AFR report.

    Leonardo obviously wanted more than the $40m that he has invested in the Santa Barbara ( Vallenar) stake.

    Nothing to do with Wisco negotiating with Leonardo. In fact Wisco I recall reading are assisting ADY in court cases against both Besalco and Santa Fe.
