I think people need to first consider how much stationary storage the planet will need. I cannot for the life of me expect that any one single solution will get mass market share, they all have benefits, and all have drawbacks.
The demands on stationary storage as well as light weight high density storage over the next 10 - 20 years is going to be out of this world. There is space for all sorts, it's just a matter of the peg being right for the hole.
To suggest iron will remove the need for VRFB's is to suggest that the world could fulfil the SS needs of the world in a very very short time.
Not going to happen.
What matters is being a globally recognised size and grade resource that the industry wants material from, that can sustain low opex, with tier 1 management. I think we have a few of these, enough to remove a few peers that might beat us to production even. Little bit of a PLS vs Altura scenario even.
