Hi all, IMO! According to the spiel ".....the proceeds to be received from the Orbis Gold takeover will effectively underwrite the continued development of the DGR Global business for a number of years, obviating the need for undervalued equity raising and/or premature asset sales......". IMO we won't get much of a cash return from the Orbis takeover. Very,very disappointing ! But maybe I'll be proved wrong, I hope so!Problem is we have lost our most potentially rewarding prospect I'm not so enamoured with outfits like DGR been involved with large porphyry coppers that costs the earth to evaluate and seldom come to fruition. Not too impressed with iron ore either ,even if it is DSO, there's a lot of excess capacity for the foreseeable future ,and financing , wow!. DGR was extremely fortunate to have a significant investment in OBS. I hope the luck isn't wasted! BOLTA!
