With respect I strongly disagree.
1) The Banks will always act to minimise their losses
2) Unless S+G can establish that Future Cash Flow can service the debt (doubtful) they will pull the plug
The only way to pacify the banks is via a hugely dilutional injection of equity capital. Whether or not this is possible is still open to conjecture. The lower the sp sinks the more likely the banks will open the drain hole, as then the potential sufficient injection of equity capital becomes less likely.
