    Sorry but you have totally lost the plot comparing Corby situation to Hicks.

    If Hicks had received a trial as fair and open and in the same time frame as Corby did, with the right to cross examine witnesses, where rules of evidence applied, where he had the right and exercised those rights to an appeal.

    There would not have been a Hicks issue

    The main difference though is Corby was proven guilty in a court of law in a fair and open manner.

    Hicks we will never know what he was actually guilty of, if anything
