Hi Westcott, some say CISA will soon announce the strategic initiatives (developed as part of China's Fifth Plenum - 5 Year Plan held in the last week of October) to rationalise China's steel industry including relocation of capacity to Africa and developing iron ore resources at the source.

I speculate the reason for withholding this announcement is to allow the China African summit to go ahead (as not to steal the thunder from the $60 Billion Development Fund).

For this reason alone, I would no longer take the timelines indicated in previous SDL ASX notices as gospel given things can fast track with lightning speed when deals are struck at the country level between China, Cameroon and Republic of Congo.
