As per last announcement, SHH stated the DPEMP was submitted earlier in the quarter. Now this either means the quarterly is factually inaccurate or he EPA may have got it wrong or misunderstood the question.
I rang SHH last week to check progress and was told they are expecting a response from the EPA 'any day'. This response would likely include some clarification questions that would need to be responded to for final approval.
