They have just raised $900k (refer Aug announcement) and further $300k from directors (awaiting shareholder approval at EGM this month). So I don't think there is any need for CR in the immediate future , maybe, just when they get the EPA approval for commencement of mine operations. But then, sp would be a lot higher and they can raise funds at a much higher price.
