Good post Mick. I wouldn't be surprised to see BHP make a play for FMG at some stage. With both companies having their ports in Port Hedland it is an easy way for BHP to be able to double their output (and increase capacity outside that also) without increasing world supply at that stage. This allow BHP to overtake Rio as the largest IO producer in Aus and also help them bring down costs.
