Agreed - with them holding record number of IO and the timing of their national policy towards cleaner energy, this most likely is the factors behind the ever increasing IO Prices, which so called experts are throwing off as unsustainable.
Add on top that India is also increasing their appetite for nuclear is a further bonus.
