Looks like the TRF money came by way of a loan, rather than an IFE deal.
Looks like TRF securing time and not diluting until IFE can come to bear fruit.
Seems like a good thing to me.
Creditors must like it too... though the announcement is scant on terms (though could be buried in the financials that i havent yet read).
