thorburn. I think that you have misread the book. FMS will not increase thier capital at all in fact it will decrease by some $1.8 of memory to kick start the new company and for this we as a company have a percentage of the shares. I cant remember the exact figures as they are irrelivant at this stage but if you go back and read my blogs and several others from months ago you will get the correct figures. To be in the IPO it will cost you 20 cents a share. That ofcourse may have changed in the last 2 or 3 months. The only people who gain from this are the company directors. They have form with this sort of deal. Ring the company if you dont believe what has been written
