    State & Federal Government sanctioned that war by granting permits etc. convinced BHP knew what it was doing !!
    what gave the Govnment the idea BHP or RIO know what they are doing ??

    was it the the 40B write down of Potash accusation by BHP or the 20b write off by RIO of the Alumina business only LAST 2 years..that gave the Gov confidence BHP/RIO were smart ??? Prudent ?? Careful in research .???

    losses in Sale Oil in USA by BHP this Year ??
