It's ridiculous.

I expect the market shares Acturtle's concern (and its a fair one) about the ability to attract financing in this market. But the company is confident that scoping study results will be strong enough to attract such.

And with the results in the geo data announcement, I can't see any reason why that won't be the case.

And given the amount of driling that has already occurred, I see no reason why that scoping study cannot be done sooner than the 6 months mentioned in the 'development concept'. I wouldn't be surprised to see it well before the end of the year.
