it seems that sai construction have something to do with their way in, I was just wondering on how CFR made the connection with them in the first place (not overly important but interesting) I have not been able to find any info on the net re those particular leases or whether the jv company has been established yet.
On a slightly seperate point it is my prediction for what its worth that if a ann is coming it would make sense for Monday, Tuesday at the latest as the qtly is due at the latest Thursday night where at the minimum something would be said.
