    I suspect it might be due to the fact that the capex amount for the underground development is currently unknown.

    We do know th underground development is happening soon but not knowing how much it is going to cost introduces uncertainty.

    Is it going to cost $50m, $100m, $150m, $200m or more??
    No one here seems to be able to point to a figure

    Perhaps that is why GRR is holding so much cash because it needs a lot of it to pay for the underground transition.

    We also don't know if there is going to be production/volume disruption in coming years as they transition
