Does that mean they break 4.2 down for some capitulation into their bags
Looks like its being set up to go lower for a bull flag, but looking at other charts like LYC have similar patterns to now and they gapped up.
These people have expert chartists and if we can see IO at 90 target for a H&S pattern if the volume confirms it, then the projected 500mill net cash incoming pa deserves a much higher mcap.
